Mr Jean Kizito Kabanguka is currently the Division Manager, Transport and Logistics Division, Infrastructures and Urban Development Department at AfDB. He worked for the World Bank (SSATP Program) as the Regional Coordinator for Eastern and Southern Africa [Nairobi, Kenya, 2009-2011]. His former careers include  Director of Urban Transport (SOTRAZ – DRC)[Kinshasa, DRC, 1988-1994], Head of Transport at Rwanda International  Transport Company (STIR) [Kigali, Rwanda, 1994-1996], Program Administrator of Transport at CEPGL (Rwanda-DRC-Burundi) [Gisenyi, Rwanda, 1996-2000], Senior Consultant at UN-ECA, SRO ‘Kigali, Rwanda, [2000-2002]  Head of Transport and Policy and Planning at the Northern Corridor Authority Secretariat [Kenya, Mombasa, 2002-2009]
