Senior civil administrator, pure product of the National School of Administration and the Judiciary (ENAM) with a post-graduate diploma (MBA) obtained in 2006 from the University of Quebec in Montreal (UQAM), major in business strategies, Cyros Ngo’o has occupied several positions in the Cameroonian public administration.

He has been Assistant Research Officer at the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MINEFI), Research Officer at the Ministry of Finance (MINFIB), Head of the Provincial Unit in charge of State-own land and Curator of the State-own land in the Center Province at the Ministry of Urbanism and Housing – Ministry of Land Affairs (MINDUH – MINDAF), Regional Representative of the Center region (MINDAF), Chargé de mission at the Secretariat general of the Prime Minister’s Office, Head of the Infrastructure and Technical affairs division (DIT), etc.

In the capacity as head of DIT, he has assisted the Prime Minister, as an advisor on issues related to the monitoring and implementation of some public policies by some sectorial administrative bodies. These include the Ministry of Cadaster and Land affairs (MINDCAF), the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development (MINHDU), the Ministry of Energy and Water (MINEE), the Ministry of Public Works (MINTP), the Ministry of Transports (MINT), the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications (MINPOSTEL), the Ministry of Industry, Mining and Technological Development (MINMIDT).

Cyros Ngo’o is also the coordinator of the Mbalam iron exploitation project, chairman of the commission in charge of attributing the concession of the container terminal of the Kribi Port and member of several boards of directors including those of the Port Authority of Douala, Société Immobilière du Cameroun (SIC), and Cameroon Airports (ADC).

At the international level, Cyrus has been deputy chairman of the International Association of Cities and Ports (AIPV) for Africa.
