Mr. Mor Talla Diop is currently the Director of International Development of Gainde 2000 and Vice-president in charge of Promotion of AAEC (African Alliance for E-Commerce). He held several directions since 2004 With a large experience in ICT (Information, Communication and Technology) and Computer Systems Redesign Projects. He has led several projects within Gainde 2000 in Trade Facilitation and Customs systems implementation. He is responsible for the relationship with the Kenya Revenue Authority since 2004, and led the implementation of SIMBA project in Kenya and integration projects with New Single Window, the Domestic Tax system and integration with commercial banks

Over the years, he has built a strong competence in the automation of customs procedures, customs clearance systems and trade facilitation. He is leading a technical group in order to guide initiatives in E-Commerce Development within the AAEC.

He built a strong expertise in Customs Management Systems and Single Window System. He played a Key role in the transition from Single Window to Paperless Trade in Senegal as the Deputy Director of the Single Window Modernization Project.

From 2004 to Now He has been in charge of the Engagement with Kenyan project and was the Project Manager of the Set-up and Rollout of the SIMBA system in Kenya. He led several integration Projects at KRA (Kenya Revenue Authority), with the Kenyan Single Window and the National Domestic tax system and with the Banks. He also developed a strong Knowledge on the Electronic Payment systems, Mobile payment

Before joining Gainde 2000 Mor Talla Diop has worked for 12 years in one of the leading consulting firm Accenture. He build various systems on various modernization of IT projects (Valeo, AXA, Credit Lyonnais, Carrrefour, Finance Ministry in France etc…)

Mor Talla has a computer engineering training from the University of Reims Champagne Ardenne and several certifications in Project Management, SAP, IT Strategy…
