Cisse has first worked in Cote d’Ivoire as a senior analyst and expert in Telecom invoicing systems before moving to Canada where he has successively served as Senior Project Manager, Account Manager for Africa for a Canadian company based in Toronto, with a global intervention in the field of consultancy and supply of Telecom IT solutions.

Back in Cote d’Ivoire since 2017, Cisse has worked in the public administration as the Trade Regulation Director, and Technical advisor in charge of foreign trade at the Ministry of Trade, Industry and SME Promotion that assures the technical supervision of the implementation of the Single Window for Trade.

Inza Cisse has recently been appointed Deputy Managing Director of the Single Window, in the aftermath of the resumption of SW activities on July 1st 2019 by the new entity, GUCE Cote d’Ivoire.
