Passports, Visas and Embassies

Having a valid passport is mandatory. A visa is needed for all foreigners. Embassies and consulates will give you the right orientations before and during your trip.

To avoid any inconvenience upon arrival in Cameroon, make sure you have a valid passport.

When preparing your departure, please note the contact details of your embassy and the consulates established in the region. You can renew your documents there in case of loss, and obtain any kind of advice (health, security, etc.). Generally, each diplomatic representation has an emergency number to be used in case of need. A social service is mostly available to help you, even in case of emergency.
