Isidore Biyiha, Managing Director of GUCE-GIE since its creation in 1999, boasts 25 years of experience in trade facilitation. Prior occupying that position, he was consecutively Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of UNITRANS-CAMEROON.

His Expertise in Trade facilitation is actively used in many national Trade Facilitation Bodies in Cameroon and therefore occupied the positions as President of the union of the Customs Brokers and Freight forwarders of Cameroon, Vice-president of the National Facilitation Committee of International Maritime Traffic, board member of the National Shippers Council Cameroon, the Office of Land Freight Management.

At an international level, M. Biyiha one of the Founding Members of the African Alliance of e-Commerce (AAEC), where he is the Vice-President in charge of the Central and West African Regions. He conducted the implementation of both physical and Electronic Single Window for Foreign Trade Operations in Cameroon.

M. Isidore Biyiha is a Transport Economist holding a Diploma of Higher Specialized Studies (Master) on Transport & Logistics issued by Paris IX Dauphine University.
