Bertin Médard NGOUNIO has been teaching in management economics for students in BTS and Professional Licenses at the Paris Academy. He holds a DEA in Social Sciences applied to Development and also a DESS in Administration and Management of Energetic Policy obtained at the University François Rabelais of Tours.
Bertin Médard NGOUNIO has also had to work in several companies in Paris but also in Conakry in Guinea.
Back in CAR in 2017, Bertin Médard NGOUNIO has been appointed General Manager of the Central African Chargers Council, which he has been managing since August 24, 2017.
